Graduated from Mathematical High School in Varna, Bulgaria. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Physics and Chemistry in 2001, and in 2007 he defended his master's degree in Philosophy of Mind and Language. In 1996, he published one of the first textbooks on scientific astrology in Bulgaria - "Astrology from A to Z", in which the spiritual, philosophical and scientific foundations of astrology are given, but also published for the first time in Bulgaria all necessary methods, tables and formulas for direct and independent calculation and construction of a horoscope with only a pen, a sheet of paper and a calculator. The book briefly presents the PRIMARY DIRECTIONS prognostic method. In the period 1992-1996, he created the astrological software product SIRIUS, including the so-called THREE-DIMENSIONAL HOROSCOPE MODEL – an innovative astrological methodology on a global scale; systematic horoscope analysis; horoscope interpretation by his original method called ASTROLOGICAL KEY SENTENCE and prediction by PRIMARY DIRECTIONS to the Placidus houses and INTERPLANETARY PRIMARY DIRECTIONS by the method of Hermes with the Culmination time of the planets. Filipov is one of the founders of the Bulgarian Astrological Association. In the period 2010-2012, he began his public astrological experiment, setting himself the task of creating and developing an Astrological Public Forecasting Activity, which creates forecasts regularly accessible through the media and social networks, which are then analyzed for success. It is through this prognostic activity that Filipov successfully predicted publicly on national TV air the exact date of the tragic terrorist events of 18.07.2012 in Burgas, as the prediction was given publicly approximately a month earlier. Publicly on Facebook, he managed to predict the processes in Fukushima a few days earlier, and also predicted a series of seismic events with accuracy to the day, with one of his most accurate public predictions being about the strong earthquake in Bulgaria and Italy (21-22.05. 2012). Thus, Filipov developed a methodology for seismic prognostication and assessment of the risk of earthquakes based on Astrophysics and Astrology. In his practice, he has already successfully predicted more than 70 serious seismic events, warning publicly first 18 days in advance of the exact period and country regarding the devastating earthquake of 02/06/2023 in Turkey. Filipov has publicly predicted dozens of terrorist events, over 10 major plane crashes, dozens of nuclear accidents, several threats and dangers to political leaders, regarding the two wars in Ukraine he successfully warned months ago to realize as events on national television stations, as well as a series of major scientific discoveries and important constructive social events for humanity. In 2019 he started the organization of European Astrology Conferences, which are now in their 5th year, with hundreds of participants every year and dozens of speakers from the world's leading astrological traditions and schools. At the First and Second European Conferences he announced the physical theory of Astrology, overcoming Popper's philosophical argument against Astrology.
